We love it when a customer comes to us with design ideas.  This customer wanted a multi-purpose structure for storing his boats and a large area for family gatherings.  We worked together to create two structures.  The boathouse has three boat slips with custom shade providers to protect his boat engines.  There is a connective walkway to a gazebo for family dinners and card games on the custom-built picnic table.  The lower deck in front of the gazebo provides easy launching for kayaks or paddle boards.   The louvres and many specialty features are constructed with cypress milled directly from the property.
